Placing an order

Is it legal to buy cigarettes by mail?

Yes. Cigarettes that are shipped out of country are not subject to duty tax if the parcel contains 200 cigarettes or less. We work in strict accordance with postal regulations and standards.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. We require customers to order a minimum of 2 cartons of cigarettes per order.

Will my personal information and credit card details be kept safe if I shop online?

Are the cigarettes premium or genuine?

Yes. The cigarettes are the highest quality available on the market.

Are your tobacco products fresh?

Yes. We purchase our tobacco products directly from the leading manufacturers.

You don't have my brand listed, what do I do?

Please contact us with the brand you would like and we will do our best to find the product for you at the same low, competitive price.

How long before I receive my order?

We process and ship orders 24-48 hours following receipt of your order. Shipping normally takes between 7-14 days depending on your location. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery time. Cigarettes rarely arrive late, and if they do it is no more than a few days. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Can I track my order?

No. Cigarettes are dispatched from our European warehouse and do not have the capability of being tracked.

Is it possible to ship multiple cartons in one box?

No, parcels containing over 200 cigarettes are subject to duty tax and/or inspection.

I purchased five cartons of cigarettes but have only received one carton. Is that normal?

Yes. The cartons are shipped together but rarely reach their destination together. The time between the first and the last delivery averages about 2 to 3 days.

The cigarettes I purchased are on backorder, what can I do?

Occasionally we run out of stock of certain brands. If the brand you have chosen is on backorder, a sales representative will contact you with three available options:

Wait 1-2 weeks for restock
Choose a different brand of cigarettes in stock
Have your money refunded minus processing fees (approx 3.0%)

What types of payment do you accept?

We can accept payment via an AlertPay account, Bank Transfer or Cheque. You can deposit funds into an AlertPay account by credit card or bank transfer.
